This is a short, plain-language summary of how DistrictReady handles information from this website. It is a working draft, not final legal text. We will expand it before launch.

What we collect

From this site, we collect only what you type into a form and send us. If you submit the Scorecard form or the Baseline assessment form, that is:

• Your name
• Your role
• Your district or organization
• Your work email address
• Your district size band

Our servers also keep standard request logs, which include things like IP address, browser user agent, and the time of the request.

Why we collect it

We use what you submit to send you the Scorecard you asked for and to follow up with you about a Baseline assessment. That is the whole purpose.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by MongoDB Atlas. When you submit a form, we also send ourselves a notification email through Brevo, our transactional email provider.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We hold no student data. Nothing on this site asks for it, and the DistrictReady platform is designed not to store it.

How to ask us to delete your information

Email hello@districtready.com and ask us to delete what you sent. You can also use that address for any question about this page.

Changes to this page

We will expand this policy before launch, and we will update the date at the top when we do.
